Information in an enquiry
The form asks for your name, email address, telephone number, requested service and relevant property details. Depending on the service, you may provide an estimated property value, valuation date, deadline, access requirements and instructions. Depreciation estimate requests also collect owner names, purchase price, settlement date, previous occupancy, estimated rental start date and individual renovation dates and costs. Phone is optional for these estimate requests. The form also records the source page and an enquiry reference.
Provide only information relevant to your request. Do not include passwords, identity documents, tax file numbers, payment-card details or bank-account information in the enquiry form. If you enquire for another person, make sure you are authorised to share their information.
Why the information is used
Propti uses enquiry information to respond, clarify the report purpose, arrange quotes and coordinate the agreed services. Relevant property and contact details may need to be shared with the valuer, quantity surveyor, inspector or other professional involved in the enquiry. We may also use correspondence to administer the request and respond to questions or complaints.
Form delivery and service providers
The website uses Google Apps Script to process form submissions, record enquiries in a private Google Sheet, and send business and client email notifications through Microsoft 365. Relevant information also passes through the email systems used to send and receive messages. Access to the register is restricted to authorised staff. Google and the email providers process information under their own service terms and privacy policies.
When address suggestions are enabled, the address text you type is sent to Geoapify to find Australian address suggestions. Geoapify also receives connection information such as your IP address. The address lookup does not send your name, email, phone number, unit field or other form answers. You can choose manual address entry instead. Geoapify processes information under its privacy policy.

Website measurement
The website’s enquiry measurement events describe actions such as starting or submitting a form and the selected report category. The event payloads exclude names, email addresses, telephone numbers, property addresses, estimated values, ownership and renovation details, and free-text notes. If analytics is enabled, traffic-source measurement uses referring website origins and approved campaign labels; enquiry query parameters and referring-page paths are removed. The contents of an enquiry still pass to the form delivery service when you submit it.
Records, access and corrections
Enquiry correspondence and service records may be needed to administer your request and address relevant accounting, legal or dispute requirements. To ask what personal information Propti holds, request a correction or raise a deletion request, email contact@propti.com.au. We may need to confirm your identity or authority before providing information. Whether a record can be deleted depends on the circumstances and any applicable retention requirements.
